Netmark
A/S was established in 1995 by Jørgen Sørensen.
His idea was to supply net makers all around the world with netting,
ropes, wire ropes and other products for the professional fishing
industry.
In the course of time Netmark A/S has developed into the present
well-known company and year by year its activities expanded.
Our company is situated in the industrial zone of Taulov - nearest
neighbour to the busiest intersection of the Danish motorway system
leading to all four corners of the world. From here goods can quickly
be shipped anywhere around the world.
The goods are often shipped from Fredericia Harbour - the deepest
harbour in Denmark. We stock about 50 tons of both PE and nylon
netting, 30 tons of synthetic ropes, combination ropes, twines,
trawl floats and purse seine floats in order to guarantee our customers
the best and quickest service.
Usually, the goods are delivered directly from the factory to
customers all around the world.
Our aim is to supply our clients with top-quality products that can
be tailor-made into the best and most efficient fishing gear.
We supply both trawl makers, purse seine makers and manufactures
of net cages for fish farming with netting made from the best and
most carefully selected quality of raw materials provided by suppliers
who have invested in state-of-the-art technology.
Every step of the production process is carefully monitored, and
the products are tested at every stage in order to ensure a high
and uniform quality.
The product range of Netmark emphasises netting made from very light
twines of high strength in order to enable fishermen to reduce the
water resistance of their fishing gear and thereby cutting costs.
Alternatively, they can use bigger nets with same fuel costs as
before but increase their catches significantly.
Furthermore, the netting can be impregnated to increase the abrasion
resistance, and the netting is always heatset in state-of-the-art
autoclaves in order to achieve stable netting with firm knots. Knot
slippage will never pass the final inspection.
